What are the estimated production and delivery timelines?
Because our pieces are custom-made to order to maintain strict quality control, your delivery is divided into two phases:

Order Processing & Production: Standard items are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Premium canvas art requires detailed printing, stretching, and framing inspection, which may take up to 7 business days for processing.

Transit Time: Following production, standard global shipping generally takes between 7 to 10 business days. You will receive an automated tracking link the moment your package leaves the facility for delivery.
Why did the items in my order arrive separately?
Because we utilize specialized fulfillment pipelines for different product tiers, items in a mixed order are often packaged and shipped independently. For example, a heavy canvas triptych requires custom crate or reinforced tube packaging, while phone cases are shipped in compact, streamlined mailers. Rest assured, all components of your order are tracked internally, and you will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our designs. Because our premium triptychs and custom accessories are manufactured entirely on-demand to your exact specifications, these items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. However, your purchase is fully protected against manufacturing flaws or transit issues. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify our support team within 14 days at tvvh.urban@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of both the product and the packaging. We will immediately expedite a premium replacement or issue a full refund.

Why do I see different brands on the packaging?
Because we dropship from various manufacturers, the branding on the actual product packaging may differ from our store's branding. This is a normal part of the process and does not affect the quality or authenticity of the product itself.
