We partner with elite, independent master printers and trusted global carriers (our "Fulfillment Partners") to package and deliver your artwork safely right to your door.
2. Delivery Windows
Any delivery estimates provided at checkout are designed to give you a realistic idea of when your art will arrive. While we always aim to beat these timelines, occasionally delays happen due to customs clearance, regional carrier bottlenecks, or unexpected global transit events. We appreciate your patience and promise to keep you updated if any major delay occurs.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We want your new art to arrive in flawless condition. If your order is damaged during transit or arrives with a printing defect, please don't worry—we’ve got you covered:

Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Share a couple of clear photos showing the defect or the damaged packaging.

We will arrange for a brand-new replacement to you at absolutely no extra charge.
4. Tracking and Successful Delivery
Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

If a package is genuinely lost: If your tracking status stops updating or is officially declared "Lost in Transit" by the carrier, we will gladly arrange a replacement or credit for you.

If it is marked "Delivered": We rely on official carrier delivery confirmations. Because we cannot cover "porch piracy" or theft after a package has been successfully delivered, we highly recommend shipping to a secure location or an address where someone will be present to receive it.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We want to ensure your art reaches you smoothly, as we cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
