The Process;

1.  "Order Confirmed"

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our supplier immediately begins the fulfillment process.

2.  Production (1–3 Business Days)

Because each piece of art at TVVH_Urban Design is printed to order, your selection is sent to our global production partner, Gelato. They utilize a network of over 100 local print hubs to ensure your art is produced as close to your delivery address as possible. This reduces carbon emissions and speeds up delivery.

3.  Shipping & Tracking

Once your artwork has passed quality control and is packaged for transit:

  1. Notification: You will receive a second email notifying you that your order has shipped.

  2. Tracking: This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (such as UPS, FedEx, or local postal services).

  3. Transit: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Where is my email?

If you haven’t received a tracking number after 4 business days, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If it’s not there, feel free to reach out to us via our Contact Page with your order number.
